This dining room needed a “wow” focal point. The large mirror (which had been in the living room) makes a statement and reflects art on the other side of the room.

The furnishings and artwork were fighting each other in this room. Using the homeowner's oriental pieces gave this room a theme. The landscapes worked beautifully in the dining room.

The top of the china cabinet became a bookcase in the den. Removing it gave the dining room an updated look and provided a showcase for art.

The homeowner wanted this bright space to be her office/den. We turned a large bedroom into her living room with the rattan pieces.

We traded the dining room table with the one in the office, found a carpet in another room, designed the china cabinet and bookshelves, changed the art, and created an elegant dining room.

The art in this room wasn’t working. Using a piece with better scale over the mantle, and creating vignettes in the corners that didn’t compete with it, helped create a stunning and cozy space.

We gave this room impact by bringing in the chest from the dining room. The sunroom was being used as an office/storage room. Now it houses a piano, tidy bookcases and a cute little chair.

This room needed some height, weight and drama. Splitting up the three bookcases from the dining room, adding an area rug from the basement, and highlighting their art gave us just the punch we needed.
Before
After
Art hung too high and furniture facing away from the focal point of the living room created a feeling of chaos in this room. Welcome to calm.

This room was used as a family room but was visible from the front door. A rug from the foyer and art from other rooms gave it the color harmony it needed.
