Training Testimonials
'Why haven't I heard about this before?' were my first thoughts when I came across the Re-Design website. This is everything I've always believed in - finally an Anti-Traditional Decorator movement has begun and I am part of it! After 25 years in the interior design field I'm finally creating wonderful interiors to be proud of and my new clients are fantastic people!
After graduating as an Interior Designer in 1975, I had worked in all the areas: window display, freelancing and teaching design, owned a furniture & accessories shop, then a window covering business, and a partner in a renovation business. But recently I said eough and entered the tourism market so I could be with real people doing real things (so I thought). Well, it is exciting, but my creativity genes wer not hapy! The ReDesign website led me to Val at Sharp ReDesigns and her course, which I completed in November 2001. I'm back to my real calling - creating beautiful homes, only now without the guilt of materialism & the waste of buying everything new. I like to think of it as intelligent interiors.
In those 5 days my 25 years of knowledge re-organized and edited itself into a very useful and clever package...it all makes sense now and I am hwho I always was - but now my rooms are "WOW" and my customers rave about my skills - and believe me, this is gratifying in a big way! At first I was frightened that I could not do it without Val, but I followed the formula, and at the end of the first re-design I felt totally elated and ready for my future. It's a whole new dimension to my career, one I would never had explored without taking - THE COURSE! Thank-you Val, my new successes would not have been possible without your knowledge, leadership, and friendship. Besides, that was the most fun ever!! Whether you are considering Re-Design as a business or for personal interest, I gurantee you will never look at anything the same again: it's the new way!
With sincerity and thanks,
